Tiffany made my home buying experience seamless. I am beyond grateful to have had such an insightful agent guide me through the process. As a first-time buyer, I was relieved to know she not only served as a reliant resource, but she also had a concierge team equipped to assist with utilities, security, internet, and even movers; They did all of the research, made the calls, and all I had to do was select my needs and make the payments. When I shared with my family and friends she helped me find my home and close within ~2 weeks, they were blown away. Tiffany is amazing and certainly one-of-one!

If you looking for a top notch realtor contact Tiffany Blackshear. My wife and I had and is still having a great experience working with Tiffany. We bought our house a year ago and we still lean on her for advice and support. This is maybe common practice for realtors but I can’t imagine others being so responsive and helpful. I guess what I’m saying is that, Tiffany goes beyond her realtor agent “responsibilities” to ensure that you have everything you need.
The home warranty that we purchased was probably the best advice she gave us because it has saved us a lot of money. The garage door stopped working, we had to replace the hot water tank, and the AC needed Freon. All these things were covered under the home warranty which was huge.
We have so much trust in Tiffany, we recommended her to our Goddaughter, who’s in the Service and buying a home in Florida.

I could NOT have done it without Tiffany. I don’t believe I would have gotten this deal with any other realtor. I got the house almost 30k under the asking price and a sellers credit. We all know the market we’re in now. Tiffany fought in the lion’s den for me. She got hung up on, constant battle with the sellers but we came out on top. Tiffany was the seller agent for the home my parents purchased few months ago. I contacted her directly and even though she wasn’t my agent, she helped us and the process went smoother and she explained everything along the way. Being satisfied with her services I contacted her few weeks after when I started to look for homes. Both me and a friend of mine purchased homes within the same area with Tiffany’s help. She will go above and beyond and show you listings all over the state if that’s the case. Without hesitation she will come and show multiple listings.
