About Tiffany

After graduating from the University of Iowa College of Law, Tiffany Earl Williams began her career as a corporate attorney in a large firm in Kansas City, Missouri, practicing primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions. With real estate a part of most of transactions she handled, she decided to pursue the deal making side of real estate when she moved back in 2001 to her hometown, Cedar Rapids.


Tiffany is one of the top brokers in Iowa, representing sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants in a variety of transactions in the areas of industrial, investment, office and retail buildings as well as undeveloped land. In the past 3 years, Tiffany has handled more than $450,000,000 in transaction volume. Her client base includes many Fortune 500 and 100 companies.

Tiffany has the support of a team who provide the highest level of service in the industry-- Paula Sander, Phil Williams and Lydia Brown. Tiffany has carefully built this team to surround herself with individuals who share her work ethic and philosophies yet complement her skill set. Tiffany's team also includes a residential relocation specialist who aids commercial clients who are in expansion mode and seeking to bring new employees into the area. This value added service aids her clients to recruit and educate potential employees about the available amenities in the area, neighborhoods and advantages of living in eastern Iowa.

In addition to professional endeavors, Tiffany is actively involved in the community and has served on the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation, Downtown District Board, Self-Sustaining Municipal Improvement Commission, United Way Young Leaders Society and St. Luke’s Hospital Foundation Board.
