Tiffany Pittman

Tiffany Pittman, a broker with the Charlotte office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, is originally from "the little football town" of Rock Hill, South Carolina. She considers herself a proud, lifetime local of the Greater Charlotte region. As a dedicated mother to two beautiful girls, active dog mom, accomplished pediatric nurse, and real estate investor, Tiffany aims to inspire all to chase their dreams.

Her journey in the real estate industry began more than 10 years ago when she was sparked by an interest in interior design that later led to her first homebuying experience, the complete renovation of an abandoned 1940s bungalow in Charlotte's Historic West End. In the years following, Tiffany threw herself into the intricacies of investing, owning, and operating multiple properties in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. These properties, both residential and commercial, introduced her to the operational variations of short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals while changing the trajectory of her family's financial future. Having this firsthand experience makes Tiffany a multi-faceted resource for clients as they navigate the nuances of funding, renovation, property management, contract negotiation, and marketing. One of Tiffany's favorite aspects of her real estate career is assisting new investors in taking their first steps in the continually growing and thriving Charlotte market, as well as around the world.

Tiffany holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Queens University of Charlotte. Currently serving the Charlotte region as a pediatric nurse, Tiffany understands the importance of care, compassion, honesty, and diligence - all qualities that she brings to her work as a global real estate advisor. Her pursuit of continued knowledge and personal growth allows her to conduct a comprehensive and strategic approach to each transaction, with the ability to speak to both the emotional and logical aspects of the real estate decision-making process.
