About Tiffany

I’ve called Idyllwild home for many years and have spent over 25 years helping people buy and sell in this unique mountain community. Real estate here is different. Every property has its own character, and understanding the details that come with mountain living makes a real difference in how a sale or purchase unfolds.

Before real estate, I worked in lending and property management, which gives me a broader perspective on the transaction as a whole. Most of what I bring to my clients, though, comes from years of experience navigating this specific market and understanding how off-hill buyers think when they come to Idyllwild.

Tiffany recently represented us on the purchase of a property in Idyllwild. We have bought and sold several properties over the last 35 years, and we both agree that Tiffany is the best agent we have worked with. Here’s a few of the reasons: 1. She will disclose everything she knows about the property, even if it’s not in her best interests. We bought a 75 year old cabin that had very little upkeep during the last few decades. Tiffany disclosed all the problems. We are deep into the renovation, and no surprises. 2. If she tells you she’s going to do something, or take care of something, she will do it. This cabin was full of the previous owners “treasures”… Tiffany said “i will make sure it’s all gone, you have my word”. And she kept it, even after the sale was closed she arranged for the removal of a truckload of stuff that had still been left behind. 3. She genuinely cares. With most agents you’ll only get the version of the truth they want you to hear. Tiffany, you get five *****’s.
