Tiffany Stickle

Tiffany has a unique ability to partner with her clients and provide a 360-degree experience. Whether it is her attention to detail, creativity, and vision or proven ability to negotiate, she’s able to genuinely connect with people of all backgrounds and provide an outstanding real estate journey. She provides each client with regular communication and above-and-beyond service throughout the process.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Tiffany’s love of real estate stemmed from her parents’ involvement in property management and ownership. At an early age, she learned valuable skills and was captivated by the concept of buying and selling real estate. She went on earn her BFA in Industrial Design from the University of WA and a current K-8th grade Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. She was even the founder and designer of her own small business: FFIT Bags. In 2008, she put her design, real estate, and communication skills to work when she prepared and staged a San Jose townhouse, which quickly sold over the asking price.

Tiffany earned her CA Residential Real Estate License and switched to real estate full-time after purchasing and remodeling their Los Gatos home. She played an integral role in all phases of design, permitting, and construction management and it was that moment when she realized she could provide clients with a 360-degree view of the process. She currently utilizes her creativity and vision to provide a complete real estate experience.

Tiffany has been a resident of Los Gatos for over 10 years and both she and her husband are deeply involved in the local community, schools, and after-school programs. They love raising their 2 young children in the family-friendly atmosphere that Los Gatos provides.
