Tiffany has been actively selling real estate for more than 20 years, mostly as a listing/negotiation specialist on some of the best teams in the United States. Tiffany is one of the few highly trained professional real estate negotiators in California. She is the Northern California Instructor for agents wishing to become designated as certified negotiation Experts (CNE). Many top producers from across the country fly in to take her course offered only a few times a year, and it has been an excellent way to network and personally know Top Producers in every market across the country that send their local referrals to Tiffany. Tiffany has completed two of the programs on negotiation at Harvard Law School. In 2019 she authored a book on Real Estate Negotiations, with her own theory of how to apply core concepts to best practices in Real Estate transactions. She feels her negotiation skill sets her apart from almost all other agents, because it is the single most useful skill needed during the complex transaction of selling your biggest investment.

Tiffany also has a bachelor's degree in Sociology, which helps greatly managing emotions on all sides of the transaction. Tiffany has been actively licensed as a Real Estate agent since 1998, and in 2018 became a Broker herself.
