Teri Pataska is a 15 out of 10 Realtor! She was ALWAYS available for home tours, and her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always called back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously! It was a no brainer for my Wife and I to go with her for the area we were looking to purchase in, and we’re so thankful we did!

My Wife and I started searching for a home in June of 2022. We needed the bigger space for our two dogs, and new baby girl! After a couple months Teri sent us our home, and was so excited to set up a showing as it was right where we wanted to be and right within budget! Through what felt like the craziest month of our lives, she worked diligently with her colleagues, and the Sellers of the property, to negotiate the best closing details. By the end of September 2022 we were in our home!

Teri’s promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. We’ve already recommended her to anyone we know looking to purchase a home. When we are looking to buy again we will not hesitate to call Teri!

They kept me informed through out the process on dates and time for showing my house, and provided recommendations on offers that were made. They took away ant stress or concerns that I may had due to their expertise and effective communications they had with me. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Tika at Re/Max Results. When meeting a realtor you don’t expect them to feel like family, but with Tika, I felt just that & more. I’ve laughed with Tika and I’ve cried with Tika. Buying a house in this crazy market can be a wild ride, but Tika made me feel heard, cared for, and comfortable. As a first time home buyer, this experience was all new to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to work with. I live a few hours away from the property that I was selling. From start to finish Tika handled everything! The prep the cleaning of the house, I was literally never involved. She didn’t it all, and I highly recommend.

Tika Herritz, with Remax, assisted my elderly parents in the sale of their home. In doing so, she was also a great help to us siblings as we tried to prepare the house for sale. She originally came to their home months before we actually sold it to give us an idea of value and what sort of improvements might be helpful for the sale. Subsequently, my parents had some medical issues and relocated to senior living in an urgent manner. Tika put the house on the market (with no improvements made) and we received multiple offers (over list price) in the first three days. My elderly parents were very pleased with Tika as she was willing to come to their senior complex (mask and all!) to deliver paper work, get signatures, and even brought them their favorite pizza from their favorite restaurant. She also kept my brother and I updated during the whole process. I would recommend Tika to anyone selling their home.
