Tim Aulbach

Tim is the President and Principal Broker for The Land Store. He has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Tim holds his real estate and auctioneers license in Kentucky and Indiana. He works with clients and on projects in multiple states including Indiana, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Oklahoma, and more. Tim represents a variety of clients in a range of transactions including McDonalds, Hardin Memorial Hospital, Wayne Supply, CUB Bank, Beef O’ Brady’s, Pence Engineering, and more. He is a member of Hardin County Board of Realtors, Louisville Board of Realtors, Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance, Lincoln Trail Home Builders, and Hardin County Chamber. Tim has been happily married for over 25 years and has two daughters, Nicki Cooper and Lindsey Aulbach.
