Tim Belanger

Tim has been a Northern Virginia resident for nearly 40 years. He and his wife, Ilissa, own a home and several investment properties in the Northern Virginia area. Tim is well-versed with the Northern Virginia real estate market and assists his clients in making informed decisions. Tim joined Long & Foster several years ago and has successfully completed numerous transactions, many of which were complex and dependent on other deals. Prior to becoming an agent, Tim worked for over 30 years in Project Management with Fortune 500 companies. He now uses his project management skills to take an individualized approach in helping his clients purchase and sell their homes. Tim has a breadth of experience with new home construction, resales, homeowner and condominium associations, and investment properties.

Tim serves on the Board of two condominium associations where he has a reputation of working cohesively toward a common goal of increasing property values and maintaining a budget.

True to form as a long-time Northern Virginia Resident, Tim graduated from George Mason University when it was considered a local commuter school.
