Tim Bokinsky

After graduating from Utah State University in 2018, I joined the CBRE Capital Markets Debt and Structured Finance division in the Phoenix office as a Financial Analyst. As an undergraduate, I served as Vice President of Outreach for the USU Real Estate Association, was recognized as a finalist in the Utah Real Estate Challenge, and worked as a real estate agent for a local broker. These opportunities paired with academic studies in finance, real estate, and landscape architecture aided in developing my knowledge of the real estate industry. As a Financial Analyst, I am involved with borrowers and lenders throughout the entire financing process, from application to closing. I support the team through examining market and property data for loan underwriting and creating detailed financing memorandums. My passion for real estate and strong attention to detail make me an asset to the team.
