Tim Browne

Tim Browne is Co-Founder and Principal of Selborne Properties, a San Francisco Bay Area property management company, which focuses on East Bay property management. He is a licensed real estate agent with the California Bureau of Real Estate. Tim’s experience in real estate includes investing and property management. His primary focus as a property manager is in the East Bay including but not limited to Oakland, Berkeley, Piedmont, Albany, Alameda, San Leandro, and Hayward.

Prior to his career in Real Estate, Tim worked in education. His most fulfilling experience was teaching Special Education at Roosevelt Middle School in Oakland, CA and also coaching football and basketball in the Oakland Unified School District. Tim taught through the New Teacher Project. Prior to teaching, Tim worked at Trust Company of the West where he assisted the portfolio management team with equity research and investment decisions.

An East Bay native, Tim is knowledgeable with the diverse San Francisco Bay Area region and in particular East Bay property management. He received his MA in Special Education from San Francisco State University and his BA in Economics from the University of San Diego.
