Tim was born and raised in Palo Alto and is a graduate of Gunn High School. In addition, Tim holds a BA degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University and an MBA, with distinction, from Cornell University.
Tim works with both buyers and sellers throughout Palo Alto and the surrounding communities of Mountain View, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Menlo Park, and beyond, Tim’s primary focus is to provide his clients with both exceptional results and superior service. To accomplish this Tim spends a great deal of time working with his clients to ensure he fully understands their needs. Tim also keeps a very close eye on the Real Estate market inspecting virtually 100% of homes that are placed on the market. Tim’s in-depth market knowledge, ability to truly understand his client’s needs, and strong negotiation skills have enabled him to help his clients achieve their Real Estate goals. The greatest testimony of Tim’s results is the fact that he has developed a strong referral business, with the majority of his new clients coming to him through recommendations from past clients.
Tim resides in Palo Alto with his wife and three children. Tim enjoys bicycle riding, playing racquetball, and photography.
