Raised in a "real estate family" in Ridgefield, Connecticut, Tim Hastings knows that when it comes to buying or selling your home, it's integrity, energy, challenging work, and experience that matter most. Tim grew up in Ridgefield, has been a resident of Fairfield County for 50+ years, and started his career as a partner in the mortgage business. Since then, Tim has built a successful career working in the industry with sellers, buyers, investors and banks - always with a focus on high ethical standards and doing everything in his power possible to ensure his clients' success. Tim’s specific areas of expertise include financial structuring, strategic planning, and transaction management. In addition to being an active volunteer in the community, Tim has served as board member for the Ridgefield Prevention Council for over 10 years, coaches Little League baseball, and was the 2013 Boys & Girls Club Volunteer of the Year Award recipient for his ongoing work in educating and supplying safe and healthy alternatives to high-risk behavior for area youth. As the father of three boys, Tim is an honest, ethical and hard-working family man with a reputation for his caring professionalism.
