Tim Irvine

Tim is a Phoenix native and has worked in residential real estate for the last 21 years. He has represented clients in over 260 transactions and has personally bought more than forty homes that he remodeled and resold or kept as income properties. When representing sellers, his objective is to obtain the highest sales price in the shortest amount of time. He does this by consulting with the seller on how to prepare the property, then uses a high-end media package to showcase the best aspects of the home through photos and video. For buyers, he utilizes his experience and knowledge of construction to guide clients away from homes with costly issues and toward well-maintained properties. His experience and thoroughness will build buyer confidence throughout the negotiation of price, terms and repairs, as well as through the loan process and the closing of the sale. Tim is a member of the Arizona Real Estate Investor Association (since 2012), the Phoenix Real Estate Club (2015) and an alumnus of the ASU College of Engineering. He enjoys helping coach his son’s mountain bike team and watching his kids compete in soccer, lacrosse and mountain bike races.
