Tim Kay is a licensed REALTOR® who transitioned into real estate after a 28-year career as a Quality Control Inspector. Driven by a lifelong passion for real estate and helping others, he embraced a new chapter aligned with his values and is proud to be partnered with Trinity Group Realty, a company known for its strong support, agent-focused culture, and commitment to continued education.

Having lived in the Dallas–Fort Worth area for decades, Tim has witnessed the region’s remarkable growth firsthand and is proud to help clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions—buying or selling a home. He is committed to guiding clients through the process with transparency, dedication, and hands-on support from the first conversation through well beyond closing day.

Tim is known for his strong work ethic, honesty, and personal commitment to every client. Whether preparing a home for sale or searching for the perfect next home, he takes a detail-oriented, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to ensure nothing is overlooked.

Outside of real estate, Tim is actively involved in the community and volunteers as an Ambassador with the Azle Area Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, horseback riding, traveling and diving in Cozumel, landscaping, refurbishing antiques, and making the most of every Texas summer.
