Tim Koons-McGee

Tim is a proud graduate of Princeton University with a degree in Economics. While at Princeton, he was a varsity swimmer and water polo player. He is a married father of one daughter and one granddaughter. His husband is a Cardiac Cath nurse at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Downtime for him is volunteering for causes dear to his heart or relaxing by his pool or at the beach. After a very successful real estate career in Louisville, Kentucky, Tim, and his family decided to make the move they had long dreamed of and relocated to what they consider paradise, Sarasota, Florida.

There are two mainstays of his professional career that have served him well over the years. He believes strongly that both communication and integrity are the keys to any successful real estate transaction. His driving force has always been “how can he bring value to his customers?” Tim strives to bring his wealth of knowledge and expertise to every real estate transaction he is involved with.

Thankfully, he has had a long history on both the sales side and the listing side of this business. He is represented customers with multi-million-dollar listings as well as young couples looking for their ?rst home. Tim offers his uniquely di?erent customers the same level of white-glove concierge service. In 2021, he was a recipient of the Master’s Award, given to the top echelon of producers within Michael Saunders & Company.

Tim has always been heavily involved with the community through participation in myriad regional and local business alliances and charitable organizations such as Make-A-Wish. He is a member of The Princeton Club of Sarasota as well as The Ivy League Club.
