We decided to use Tim again to sell our house this time after we bought our house a couple years ago and had such a great experience. This time the experience was as great as the first time. Tim was always very quick to respond and assist us where needed. Tim also went the extra mile to make sure we were well informed to make the best decision when choosing our buyer. I will highly recommend Tim to buy or sell your house.

Tim was extremely kind and patient throughout the home buying process. Even when we decided to sell our house through open-door (due to having kids and dogs and not wanting to show our house), he remained polite and hard-working towards helping us find our new home. Tim was always available to talk, even if to tell me that he had to call me back. He answered all of our questions and gave his professional opinion when asked. We enjoyed spending with Tim and he might even think about going into marriage counseling should he ever quit real estate!

Tim McBrayer of the Jim Allen Group at Coldwell Banker Howard Perry And Walston was referred to me by my financial advisor when I was looking for a Realtor to help me sell my Raleigh home. I was told that Tim was one of the best Realtors in the Triangle and he lived up to that description and then some. He met with me and explained what the home selling process would entail, gave me information that helped me set the price for my home, gave me staging advice and helped me find contractors that could help me get my home ready for going on the market and having the best chance of selling at a good price. He even power washed my back fence for me since I am in my 70s and could not do that myself and had limited funds for doing that kind of thing. When we got an offer on my home he negotiated the offer so I got the most I could have in today’s market. After we went under contract we had a water leak that damaged several rooms, which meant a big headache for me. Tim took charge from day one and worked with the insurance company, all of the contractors needed to repair the problem and he made sure the buyer didn’t walk away. He took care of everything and helped me feel confident that everything was going to work out the way I needed it to. He was always prompt with following up with me and he even drove to my new home every time something needed to be signed or reviewed because I did not yet have Internet service. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone who is looking for a Realtor who really cares for his clients, who is honest with them and is willing to tell them things they may not want to hear and who is always going to be accessible and who responds in minutes not hours whenever you need him. I could not say enough about how my Realtor Tim McBrayer, who is now my good friend, helped me when I needed to sell my house. You will be making a big mistake if you don’t contact him should you need to buy or sell your home. In my case I was already moving into a retirement community so I didn’t need his help to buy a new home but if I had I know he would have done a great job. M Wiggins Raleigh NC
