About Tim

Tim was born in Laurel, Mississippi and graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1989 with a degree in accounting. He moved to the Alabama Gulf Coast in 1989 and worked in the bar and restaurant industry for 4 years. He received his real estate license in 1993 and worked for over a year for the era class.com. He received the “Rookie of the Year” award in 1993 in the fall of 1994 he joined the sales staff at Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club when the first phase was released for sale. He led the team's sales every year until 1999.

He was then approached by Jim Edgemon to be the director of sales for Kiva Dunes Golf and Beach Resort. He has served in this capacity as director of real estate sales to the present. For the past several years, he has ranked in the top 5% of all agents in the area. He has coordinated the development of large tracts of land and the marketing strategies for developments.
