About Tim : Tim retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1998. Tim was in the Comptroller Field for most of his 23 year career. Shortly thereafter Tim entered the Real Estate business and built a strong real estate practice in the Hampton Roads region. His niche market is waterfront properties. He knows most all of the tributaries leading from the Chesapeake Bay to the Atlantic Ocean. Tim has a special place in his business for military transfers as he knows how it is! Tim has been married to his Air Force sweetheart Cindy and they have 3 grown sons. Considered one of the best real estate teams in the area.
