He has been a resident of Santa Clara since 1986. He is married and has six children, ages 12, 10, 8, 7, 5, and 3. He is a graduate of CSU Fresno with a bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering and two minors in Mathematics and Physics. He was a Hardware Design Engineer for several years but his love and passion has always been in the sales and marketing business. At the age of 10, he started some small businesses as a means to make money for extra spending. He was a trader, a contracted translator and a collector.
Today, he is an experienced and licensed Broker/Owner of TIJOMANN. He is passionate about what he is doing. He is completely absorbed in the Real Estate business. As a result, he has successfully helped satisfied clients from San Francisco to San Jose and to the East Bay. He has experience in all major types of real estate sales representing both buyers and sellers: bank-owned, probate sale, short sale, traditional and trust sales.
He is trilingual. He speaks, writes and reads Vietnamese, Spanish and English. As a result, he has the ability to accommodate a wide variety of customers, which potentially can be beneficial as his client.
Equally important, he is a certified CDPE, Certified Distress Property Expert. This means that he can effectively help buy or sell in a short sale process.
He is also an ASP, Accredited Staging Professional. he can help sellers stage their home for a quickest sale and at a highest price possible.
