Tim Petrinec is a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolinas Realty and the founder of QC Home Advisors, a Charlotte-based advisory practice serving move-up buyers, strategic sellers, and relocating professionals throughout the greater Charlotte metro.

Entering real estate as an advisor in 2020, Tim has completed more than 200 transactions and remains an active real estate investor with direct experience in acquisition, renovation, and long-term holds. He transitioned his focus in 2025 to work helping in more of an advisory role as a realtor. His background gives his clients a sharper read on pricing, condition, and negotiation than a traditional agent typically offers.

He works all over greater Charlotte as well as in some of Charlotte's established neighborhoods like Myers Park, Dilworth, SouthPark, and Cotswold. In addition, Tim works with buyers relocating to Charlotte from out of state. Before real estate, Tim worked in sales leadership and as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones.
