Tim is an excellent real estate agent and all round great guy. He helped me so much with selling my house. His experience was evident to me from the beginning; he really helped me understand what to work on to prepare to sell my house and what to leave as is. Our dream has been accomplished because of our realtor, Tim Queen! We live on about 20 acres in a busy area and wanted to move to the country once again !! Tim Queen has given us his undivided attention for almost two years and has come running to show us land and to answer questions and find out information needed. Rather than just going through the motions of helping us purchase our home, he took extensive time to help us understand exactly what each step in the process meant to ensure we felt confident in our purchase. Tim was absolutely amazing helping my fiancé and I find our first home. He is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and was so helpful with our many questions about buying a house. Tim Queen is the best realtor we've ever had. With Tim you are NOT dealing with multiple " realtor team members" through phases, nope-you get Tim's personal and incredibly knowledgeable expertise from start to finish. No one knows the entire Lake Norman area like Tim as well as the various builders. He has incredible patience and will ensure that you get the house that is right for you! He has a knack for taking the stress out, and making it a fun and enjoyable experience. Finally, he is unmatched when it comes to his savvy approach to bidding on houses and eliciting bids on a house he is selling for you. Quick story, we had a bad experience trying to sell our house through another realtor, it was high stress, the deal fell through at the end and we decided to pause and take it off the market. 6 months later we switched to Tim who gave us great advice and physical help in prepping it, it was stress free and we got three simultaneous bids resulting in a huge 10% increase over the previous sale in only 6 months! Then he took great care in helping us find that perfect fit home. Seven people put in bids on our new home, but because of Tim's expertise and touch, our bid won! Tim Queen is the best realtor we've ever had.

Tim was different than other realtors. Some just want a sale, but Tim gave great advice for my many questions.
He listened to what I was looking for in a home. I was from out of state and he had the local resources, at a great price, to make it all come together.
Tim was very calming during a stressful time and made the whole process easy

Tim is hands down the best. The words "above and beyond" are the best way I can describe him and his services without writing a novel. He has helped me buy/sell my own personal home and I have a couple of investment properties that he helped me with. He finds a way, every time I reach out, to make time for the next place I want to look at - no matter how far the drive. I'm in the process of another investment search and he does so many hours of off-the-books efforts to help me find the next investment.
