Tim Raka

Festim Raka was born in Ferizaj, Kosovo, and migrated to the United States in 1999. At the age of 20, he opened his first restaurant and has opened a total of 22 successful locations since. Throughout the years of restaurant acquisitions, he began to gain a lot of knowledge in the real estate business. As a member of Rogers Healy, Festim works with individuals, investors, and developers interested in DFW's most desirable properties – with a focus on the Dallas and Frisco areas.


Festim has dedicated over a decade of his time to catering to customers' needs in the food industry and is ready to reciprocate the same level of determination in the real estate industry. Throughout the years he has developed many connections within the community and gained the trust of many professionals in a variety of industries. He found his love for real estate through purchasing and flipping properties, both residential and commercial.


Festim lives by Benjamin Franklin's famous words, “Well done is better than well said.” Everyone can come up with an idea, but you must execute it in order to accomplish it. Festim’s track record is known for getting the job done, and he does just that for his clients.


When he isn’t working, Festim enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, restoring homes, traveling, and giving back to his community.
