Collectively, the Schaub Team has closed more than $681 million in sales. Tim has been recognized by TC Business News as one of the 50 Hot Sellers and named among the Region’s Top Realtors every year since 2018. He has also been voted Red Hot Best by readers of Traverse Magazine for multiple years.
Tim is widely regarded as one of Leelanau County’s top-selling Realtors for luxury homes and waterfront properties. He has a proven track record of successfully closing even the most challenging transactions. His experience includes numerous high-end sales on North Lake Leelanau and Lake Michigan. Tim’s depth of knowledge in the market is reflective in the fact that he has represented the buyer or seller in half of all $1.5 million–plus transactions in Leland Township in the past two years.

A lifelong resident of Leelanau County, Tim is a graduate of St. Mary School in Lake Leelanau and then went on to earn a degree in Electronic Engineering. He and his wife, Lucy, are grateful for the opportunity to live and have raised their family in the community they love.
Outside of real estate, Tim enjoys golfing, hiking, pickleball, downhill skiing, and spending time on Lake Michigan and North Lake Leelanau.
