Tim was and is REMARKABLE, to say the least.
From the beginning, he was very supportive in our house search, always keeping it positive and optimistic.

He made sure to answer any and every question we had, from beginning to end. He was proactive to suggest and recommend things for our best interest during the process as well. He was proactive in negotiating for things on our behalf, when we weren’t aware we could negotiate for!

House hunting during this market was VERY stressful… but through his professionalism and empathy, Tim ensured we were comfortable throughout and that we had peace of mind.

He also has many close connections (from loan provider to home inspector), which made the experience seamless and easy.

We wouldn’t have asked for any other real estate agent!! Tim is THE person to work with!!

It was a great experience working with Tim. He is very professional and conscientious. I needed to sell my house as I relocated out of GA. Tim helped me purchase my new home and I couldn’t be happier with his services. I was referred to Tim after having a sub-par experience with another realtor. It was only after I worked with him on day one that I realized THIS is how a realtor should be! Even when he was away from vacation when I met him, he didn’t hesitate to provide a backup realtor to assist in viewing a house that weekend. Throughout the process, he was prompt in answering any question I had and helped ease any uncertainty about moving forward with my decisions after having a conversation with him. He’s not only helpful as a realtor, but he genuinely listens and asks questions to help make your decision. I’m so grateful that I met Tim, especially in a crazy seller’s market. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and guides you with sound advice. Tim has been an integral part of getting my dream home.

An essential part of any real estate transaction is the professionalism of the agents representing each side. I had the pleasure to co-op with Tim on the purchase of the property in Duluth. He is a highly skilled and knowledgeable RE professional. His responses to any questions were always timely and thorough. Great experience with Tim. We toggled with the idea of a FSBO vs listing with a
realtor. We decided to list with realtor, and thankfully we did. Tim came highly
recommended from an industry professional. Tim was professional, knowledgeable
on the market, highly ethical, and had a great attitude the entire time. Despite being
a "sellers" market, Tim still put in the time and effort to maximize our sale, organize
the process, and made sure we were attached with the right buyer. Would highly

We have been working with Tim for over a year in finding us a new home. He took on the challenge of not only finding us a unique home that would suit our extended family, but he also had work with us virtually as we still lived in New Jersey. With how competitive the market was during the pandemic, we lost out on many beautiful homes until Tim found our secret weapon - a program called Homeward. The amount of work Tim put in working with Homeward and the listing agent, we were able to secure our forever home for our family. Easygoing and down-to-earth. He was straightforward and spoke exactly what’s on his mind instead of sugarcoating everything. Definitely pleasant to work with, and while I never felt pushed around, he seemed trying really hard to check all the boxes for a home purchase behind the scene. Tim is fantastic! My wife and I had been looking for a home earlier this year. But before we met Tim, we had a poor experience with another realtor that lost us our chance on purchasing our favorite home. After parting ways, we started to look at homes ourselves by scoping out neighborhoods. During one of our drive throughs of a neighborhood we liked, we met Tim by chance. Quickly, we realized that it was not chance, but fate. Tim was very responsive with us, scheduled appointments quickly, guided us through the buying process, and answered all our questions. We saw a home popped up on the market late one night, and Tim was able to show us the house the very next morning. We put the offer and now we are homeowners! He also connected us to a very diligent lender who explained what documents we needed to provide in a timely manner. We are thankful to have met Tim and hope to work with him again in the future!

When I first met Tim, I was definitely nervous as this was our first time buying a home. Tim and I connected right from the beginning and it built my trust in his business. He is not there to sell any house that comes to mind, but to make sure you buy the right home. We were buyers from New York and did not get a chance to fly down to Georgia to tour homes. However, with technology and the ability to view homes virtually, we were able to get as best of a description of houses we can. We have family in Georgia and had asked them to join viewings. Tim was very polite and answered questions that they had along with the questions we had. That was important to us because it shows his respect to all that he is around which can be difficult to juggle especially when he knows his client is the important as potential buyers. We placed offers which were rejected and he called to explain why it was rejected and it helped calm our emotions after the long wait to hear back from the seller. We eventually found a townhome that we loved and he helped us close on the property. He tries his best to fight for you when he has to negotiate. We didn't get the seller to fulfill some of the inspection items we wanted to fix but he assured that some of the items listed were easy fixes and that the property itself was it great shape. He is knowledgeable on home interior and exterior. Tim is dedicated to his clients and will make sure he provides the best service he can by being truthful, entrusting his confidence, following up on many questions and calming your emotions during the buying process. Not only do you work with an agent, but you gain a friend! I would definitely recommend Tim as a buyer’s agent to all looking to buy a house!

Besides Tim being a good friend of mine, He is also a great real estate agent! He is patient, responsible, and really cares for his clients. He went above and beyond to satisfy my needs and also did the best he could to work around my schedule to go view plenty of homes. He was never pushy anytime during the process. He just gave his educated opinion based on the situation and communicated to me. He was also very responsive via email or text messages. He did the best he could to negotiate on pricing and different home items and was persistent in doing so.

From the first time we talked with Tim, we felt Tim was a very reliable and knowledgeable realtor. He gave us a detailed and very clear description of the whole buying process. It was so helpful and informative for us as first-time house buyer. Tim provided an exhaustive list of potential houses and helped us schedule visits according to our needs. He has been responsive and patient with our questions all the time. When we decided to make an offer, Tim gave us lots of professional advice. The closing was unexpectedly delayed by our lender, but Tim proactively communicated with the lender and the listing agent to protect our benefits, which was really impressive. It was a pleasure to have Tim as our realtor. We were first-time homebuyers and had limited knowledge about the whole process of buying a house. Tim is knowledgeable, helpful and highly responsive. We never felt forced to make an offer or accept a counter-offer. For some personal reasons, we backed out of the bidding for another house early in January. Tim showed great understanding of our positions. We got back to him immediately after our personal issues were resolved and we started the process all over again. Tim was able to adjust to our schedules and went through paper work with us over phone late at night. He took lots of the pressure off us in being very proactive and communicative. I can’t say enough about Tim being a knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind, professional, honest and, hardworking realtor. I’m a widow in my 70’s, and had never sold a house on my own. He walked me through the whole process, patiently answered all my questions, returned calls and texts promptly, helped me find contractors, and even met them at my house, to avoid me having to drive from my daughter’s in Cumming. My house was sold and closed in 5 weeks, and I was pleased with the final sale price. I couldn’t have had a better realtor!! I highly recommend him.

Go with Tim as your realtor! He will not let you down... You will immediately find, like we did, that he is interested in really getting to know you and what you want in your future home.

He is not the more typical pretentious realtor who is looking to get their commission and move on as we have experienced in the past. But instead, Tim is very personable and listens. He asks the right questions, and provides professional answers.

Tim most certainly goes out of his way to make sure that you feel comfortable throughout the home finding/purchasing process. I can't say enough about his professionalism throughout the whole homing buying process! We found the home we wanted...and enjoyed the search, thanks to Tim!
