Dec 2022: Tim is an outstanding realtor who helped sell our house amidst a difficult market for sellers. His style is honest, down to earth, and extremely hard working. Tim was never pushy, and I felt like he had our best interests in mind as he made various recommendations. He listened to our needs and was quick to suggest a call when new information came in. Whenever an offer came in, he patiently walked through both the pros and cons of each offer. During slower stretches, he walked through his assessment of the market and what the options were. Whenever the time of day, Tim always made himself available. After we accepted an offer, Tim made sure that the transaction was completed smoothly and on time.

I had a pleasure of working with Tim to buy the first house. As a first time home buyers, my wife and I made the right decision to work with Tim, who was very knowledgeable, informative, and always gave his honest opinion for our benefit.
One thing that stood out the most about Tim was that out of many realtors that we had spoken to, Tim was the most humble/kind and made us comfortable working or asking him any questions, yet competent to guide/lead us to find the perfect house for us.

We highly recommend Tim. We interviewed several agents and decided to hire Tim to be a listing agent. We are delighted with our decision. Tim took care of everything: cleaning the house after we vacated the premises, managing repainting, staging, and the entire selling process. He is very trustworthy, experienced, and very modest. He does not dictate, only suggests. But you better listen, because he knows his business very well. His commission schedule is very reasonable. My best friend recommended Tim when i told him that i want to buy a house before the end of 2021. As 2021 market is so hot, i never thought that i could own my house so fast and in such a smoothy way which eventually prove that he is absoulty the best real estate agent in bayarea.
Tim is very friendly and patient. I was looking for SFH in three areas: fremont, pleasant and south San Jose, it is so nice for him to go every open house visit with me while he can give both Pros and Cros during the visit and no hidden defects can escape from his professional observation which do help me a lot. when preparing offers, Tim made professional analysis on local market for every candidate, help you make the best offer that fit your own finace situation and to save money for you. with his help, my offer was accepted with a price much lower than my original expectation which i never thought before. Tim helped us sell our condo at a record breaking price in just 7 days. We received multiple offers above our asking price(Thanks to Tim's negotiation skills).
Tim offers everything you would look for in a realtor.
He is honest, knowledgeable, experienced, proactive, pleasant, creative and flexible. We interviewed the top relators in Fremont, however, we chose Tim for his straightforward personality. Other agents were full of fluff. Tim has a great team of stagers, painters, handymen, plumbers, copywriters, photographers who will get your property ready for sale.
All his contractors were polite and we dint have to deal with them. Tim took care of everything and got our property ready for sale in no time.

If you want to sell your home in Fremont, you must chose Tim Wang. He will get your job done in the best possible way.

We recently sold our home in the Gomes Elementary School neighborhood of Fremont through Tim Wang. Tim did a phenomenal job and we could not be more pleased with his service and professionalism. He has an excellent knowledge about the Bay Area housing market and is also well experienced with the process which made every step in the selling process go smoothly.
Even prior to our house being placed on the market, Tim inspected the home, prepared a list of items that needed to addressed, arranged for the contractors, and supervised the work to ensure it was completed properly and in a timely manner.
We moved into our new house in southern California and gave Tim the house key and he took full responsibility for each of the next steps. He removed our old furniture that we no longer wanted, had the inside of the home painted, arranged for a deep cleaning, and completed a termite report.
Tim Wang is honest, reliable, efficient and an excellent coordinator between the seller and buyer. I will highly recommend Tim Wang to all of friends and family for their real estate needs.

My family and I just lost my sister who owned the house that needed to be placed in the market for sale. We are mourning the loss of my sister but I needed to work with a realtor to get the process going. I knew I would need someone that is very knowledgeable on how to work on Probate law in California. I did some research and found Tim Wang who right away got me connected to a Probate Lawyer. Tim is well informed on the real estate market climate specially in the Fremont area where he resides. Tim took over the house to get ready to show. The amount of work Tim has done to get it ready to list in the market was tremendous. The house looks beautiful. He release it in the market on a Friday and by Sunday, we received multiple offers, and by Wednesday, he set up a meeting with me to explain the offers so I can make a decision and we closed less than 30 days. By the way through all this process, Tim was in contact with me on a daily basis. Tim is compassionate, knowing that we just lost our sister. If you want results, Tim Wang is your Realtor.
