About Timothy

Tim was drawn to Vermont for the same reasons you want to be here. In love with the lifestyle, he made Vermont his fulltime residence in 1988 where he embarked on a career in real estate.

He spent the first 12 years as a commercial/business broker where he honed his negotiating, counseling and due diligence skills. Since then, he has specialized in the second home market in Southern Vermont. His success derives from listening and focusing on client/customer goals and desired lifestyle. His dedicated interest in photography and videography has helped to elevate his offerings. Tim embraces technology and uses it to produce results.

Tim always says, "20% of selling real estate is marketing and writing an offer. 80% is navigating today's challenges and getting the transaction closed!" This is where Tim excels. Tim has successfully managed hundreds of closings. Currently, Tim is a partner of The Vermont Sales Group, a real estate team comprised of Kevin Moran, Andy Reed, and Hayley Van Der Kar with over 88 years of collective experience in Southern Vermont.

When not selling real estate Tim can be found on the slopes or on his sailboat with his wife Robin and two kids Casey (UVM) and Sean (SLU).
