Timothy Cafferty

Tim Cafferty is known as the chief cook and bottle washer here at Blue. He started the company, and still reports to work every day making sure everyone has what they need to render excellent service to our owners and guests. A life long resident of the Outer Banks whose father was one of the original REALTORS there, Tim enjoys the partnership of his wife Deb (aka "Nonnie" to the grandkids) and their 8 children. When he is not checking up on things around the office T.C. can be found on a local golf course in search of the elusive "Club Champion" award
