I do not have enough good things to say about Tim! Uniquely Tim was both the seller and realtor of the house I bought, and I did not have a realtor. From the moment of our first conversation, Tim went above and beyond making sure I was both informed and knowledgeable about every step of the way. For reasons out of our control, we were unable to close on time, but Tim still let me move into the property the day after our original close date, as was the original plan. Then there were a few sudden leaks and some outlets that did not work, and Tim still took care of every single problem until we officially closed. He even had the plumber uninstall the house dishwasher and install my dishwasher and washing machine. Five stars! Thanks so much Tim!

I have bought and sold properties through 2 Cranes Reality they have always been knowledgeable and honest. Recently I was looking for an investment property and I had my eye on a certain property. I explained to Tim what I was wanting to do with the property. He could have easily made the sale and taken his money and been done. Instead he explained why it would not be the property for what I was looking to do. He did sell that property to someone else who was wanting it for themselves which in his explanation it would be perfect for. I trust their experience and knowledge and would not use anyone else.
