If you want to break a selling record in your neighborhood, Tim Dominick is your guy. Tim sold my home in 1 week & broke the selling record for our model by $150K. I interviewed multiple agents who could not see my vision & consistently tried to undervalue my home. Tim specializes in homes that owners have had difficulty selling, so I knew he wasn’t going to have a problem selling my gorgeous home in a much desired neighborhood. I just needed an agent who saw the value of my property. My home needed a little work to bring it up to the asking price I had in mind $$$. Tim brought in an entire team which included contractors, stagers, etc. Their work was impeccable. Ultimately, Tim sold my home (the smallest model in our neighborhood w/ the least upgrades) for $50k less than a much larger, more well-appointed model just up the street (in the very same month). My neighbors were flabbergasted… Tim has the neighborhood all a flutter. Hire this man if you want to get paid & be the talk of the town. At the end of day, Tim brought in $100K more than the min asking price that any other realtor suggested.
