Thanks to Tim, my husband and I had a great first time homebuying experience! We’re really grateful we met such a smart, knowledgeable and personable partner to help us through this process. Tim truly cares about his clients and really put us home buying newbies at ease right off the bat. He was very responsive with texts and calls and would get us in to see houses as soon as they hit the market. He wasn’t pushy with us at all (and we saw roughly 30 homes!), he paid attention to details we may not have noticed while touring homes (like roof and window conditions), and he was so fun to house hunt with! I’d highly recommend working with Tim, he knows the industry well and truly cares about his clients during, as well as, after the whole process was over.

Tim helped me find and purchase a townhome as a first time homebuyer this winter. He was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, lending his expertise as a real estate agent wherever it was needed. I felt he gave honest and accurate answers to the many questions I had, and he was very easy to contact and receive prompt responses from whether it was by email, phone, or text. After helping me find a place I liked, Tim helped me put together a competitive offer. I really felt that he was working in my best interest as a buyer, helping me draft an offer that minimized my amount due at closing while still appearing attractive to the seller. After our offer was accepted he continued to work with my lender and all other parties involved in the closing process, keeping me updated with everything I needed to know along the way. Tim was a fantastic partner to work with in the home buying process and I'm glad he was on my side.

Finding the perfect new home can be a daunting task, especially when you know this will be the last house purchase of your life. But when you have a realtor that loves his job and wants nothing more than to find you that home, that task becomes a dream. Tim Durant is that realtor. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for, where we were looking to move and the price range we needed to stay in. No matter the time of day or evening, Tim always answered our inquiries and was more than happy to show us more houses in an extremely timely manner. His honesty regarding the pros and cons of each home for its price helped make our choice an easy one. Tim took the stress out of buying and replaced it with a smile and kindness. My husband and I absolutely love our new home, it’s perfect for us. We have Tim to thank for it.

It was a difficult time to be buying a house during covid and he made everything easy for us and answered any questions we had right away.
