Timothy Eng

As a West Point graduate and veteran, Tim combines his combat leadership experience, local expert knowledge of the 680 corridors from San Jose through the Tri-Valley, and a ton of grit and determination to win deals for his clients. He understands what it means to fight for a cause, and as a realtor, that cause is:

While deployed overseas, he noted that the one driving factor his Soldiers fought hard for was the dream of returning home to loved ones. This central theme is what inspires Tim to go above and beyond for his clients. This mission to help families find their dream homes is why, after nearly a decade of managing commercial and government real estate, Tim transitioned to residential real estate.

Tim is a Realtor® with the MRP (Military Relocation Professional) certification and understands when military staff and their families relocate, he knows how to make the transfer easier, faster, and less stressful.

In 2018, they achieved $10M in sales and achieved The Master Club status for the Bay East Realtor Association.
