Timothy Ferguson

After graduating from UNC, Chapel Hill, Tim has lived in Chapel Hill, Durham, North Raleigh, Western Wake Co./Cary and now the Hillsborough-Bahama area. He knows the Triangle from direct experience. After working many years in the medical device industry, Tim has joined Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston in Chapel Hill. Tim brings his great knowledge of the Triangle and his attention to detail to finding the perfect home for you. Your home is probably the single biggest investment you will ever make. Tim and his wife, Ellen, have raised and trained horses so he knows horse properties. They do not have children expect for the furry four legged kind, having adopted many abandoned dogs and cats. Tim has enjoyed sports, playing football, basketball and wrestling in high school. He is active in horse back riding, tennis, scuba, snorkeling, and golf.
