Timothy Morse

A native of Ithaca, New York, Tim lived in South Florida, in the West Palm Beach area, for over 25 years. After living part time between Florida and North Carolina, he is now a full-time Boone, North Carolina resident.

Tim works in a real estate partnership with his wife Yvonne Ziel. Their team mission statement is not to sell you a house, but to assist you in finding a home, a property and most importantly, a lifestyle that will meet your long-term needs.

Tim represented high-end tabletop products to the hotel, restaurant, country club and cruise line industry. His successful sales career in the hospitality industry has proven to be an excellent baseline for the real estate profession.

His creative outlook has given him a unique insight to assist clients, as they visualize their perfect mountain home or property.

Tim is an avid golfer and fly-fisherman and has passion for food and wine. He likes hiking the numerous trails and assists various animal rescue organizations.
