Working with Tim was amazing - he is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely responsive. He was patient with all of our questions and concerns and always took the time to walk us through our decisions and questions. He also has a lot of helpful knowledge in terms of contracting/construction, etc. which is very useful when you are looking at older homes. I couldn't recommend him more!

Tim was there, every step of my first time buying experience! Any weekend I needed to check out properties, we went without hesitation. If there was anything that I ever needed throughout the entire journey, Tim was there to help me with that no matter what. If we needed to find out answers about specific questions that I had, we were able to figure them out. I was looking for a home for a longer period of time and Tim was extremely patient with me as I was shuffling through different options until eventually we found exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend using Tim for any homebuying experience that you may need as he is an exceptional real estate agent and extremely personable as well. Cheers to you brother!

Tim was extremely accommodating and patient with us. We originally went into the process as a first time home buyers with little knowledge. He provided great insight on the process and helped us figure out what properties were a good value. On the patience side, we weren't best at narrowing down our search much, but actually expanded the locations that we were looking. He was very flexible in expanding our search. In some cases, he was able to get us in the very next day to view a home. All in all, he did a great job and I would recommend him to friends and family who are looking for a new home.
