10/10 would recommend Tim to anyone whether you’re a first time buyer like me or looking for your next home. Tim was beyond helpful, prompt, quick with communication, and most importantly patient during the entire process. As a first time buyer I hit just about every emotion possible during the process but Tim was a consistant, calming, and reassuring presence. He listened to what I wanted and filled in the blanks on all things I didn’t know needed in my first home.

When it came down to making an offer, Tim went to bat for me to make sure I was getting the best outcome in what can feel like a crazy market.

Nashville is spoilt for choice when it comes to Realtors but I couldn’t imagine going through this process with anyone other than Tim.
