Timothy (TJ) Perkins

Please, call me TJ! As a provider of services in every single aspect of real estate, I can be sure to help you out in your real estate goals regardless of size or complexity. Whether it is residential sales, commercial sales/leasing, investments, consulting, etc., you can rely on me with my extensive experience and educational background. As one of the founding members of Acropolis Realty Group in 2015, I have personally closed over 500 transactions and overseen more than 3,000 as the managing broker. Stepping down from my managerial position in 2021, I have been dedicated to solely helping my clientele ever since. My educational experience includes a bachelors degree in both real estate and finance from Syracuse University, as well as a masters degree in real estate from Georgetown University.

Having grown up in Central New York, I am fully engrained and invested in this community. I grew up about 20 minutes north of Syracuse, in Central Square. In 2016, my wife and I moved to North Syracuse where we welcomed our son in 2019. Having moved out East to Fayetteville later that year, we then welcomed our daughter in 2021 and another son in 2023. My wife, three children, and I continue to reside in Fayetteville and will forever be a part of the Central New York community.
