Timothy is a lifetime resident of Somerville, MA and a graduate of Clark University. Working in the automotive field throughout and immediately after college, he enjoyed working with people. No two days were the same, and except for repeat visits or business, neither were the clients. Timothy found great satisfaction in closing a deal after showing clients different vehicle and financing options, but there was always something missing. The automotive industry is generally associated with a negative image, and it was always a challenge to gain the trust of his clients. While purchasing a vehicle is a personal and sometimes emotionally driven experience, there was nothing more he could do than be an order taker helping them find a specific vehicle, color, and price point.
Looking something more to feel a greater sense of satisfaction, Timothy decided to turn his attention to the real estate business. Typically, no two homes are the same. Even ones that are similar are usually different shapes or sizes, and it requires an appropriate amount of attention and experience to decipher the differences. Timothy found being a Realtor® extremely satisfying and rewarding because his clients, both buyers, and sellers, have trusted him with what may be one of the biggest transactions in their lifetime. Whether it takes weeks, months, or over a year, he loves reaching the finish line with his clients!
