I am a Christian Realtor with over 25 years of experience. I have raised two daughters in the Triangle area. I moved from NY State to Cary in 1995 because it was touted as being one of the top 10 places to live in America. I joined the RE/MAX office in Cary which later became RE/MAX UNITED, one of the top 3 companies in the Triangle area. With the 7 years experience I already had, I quickly became one of the top producers. I changed companies in 2011 and am now the leader of my own real estate team at Barton Estate Realty.

I run my business by earning your referrals. And now, after all these years, most of my business is repeat business, referrals and word of mouth.

For many reasons, I am so glad I moved to The Triangle Area. First and foremost, the sunshine! Even when it is freezing in NC, it is almost always sunny. Other reasons include the climate, the fact that something beautiful is always blooming, the nearby beaches, the mountains, the low crime rate, and the quality of life.

My current real estate designations include CRS, ABR, RE/MAX Hall of Fame, & e-PRO. My slogan is New Fangled Technology…Olde Fashioned Service. I believe technology should be embraced because of its many benefits, but not at the expense of personalized individual service.

I also own 3 rental properties in the Raleigh/Cary area. So, I am very knowledgeable about buying and investing in Real Estate.
