Hi! I’m Tina Hurlbutt, Oregon Licensed Real Estate Broker/Realtor® with HomeSmart Realty
Group in Salem, Oregon.

I have lived in the Willamette Valley since the late 1970s and started
investing in Real Estate in 1985. I started my Real Estate career in 2004
while working in a Commercial Real Estate office. In 2014 I joined
HomeSmart Realty Group where the culture of the brand provides value, training
and resources that allow me to better serve my clients.

I believe 2 of the key elements in this business are Education and
Communication.

My job is to EDUCATE and guide you, my clients, on the ins and outs of
the Real Estate process and COMMUNICATE effectively to Make Real
Estate Easy for you.

Being licensed in Oregon and a member of Willamette Valley MLS (WVMLS),
Regional MLS (RMLS) and Oregon Coast MLS (OCMLS) I can service a wide area of
the state, but I also know when to refer to a local agent for the best
service outside my immediate area.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, working in my yard, playing with Gunnar (my
high energy Jack Russel Terrier), exploring everything our wonderful state has
to offer and making a difference in our community as a longtime member of GFWC
Salem Woman’s Service Club.
