Tina and her team are amazing! I have bought and sold a couple of homes in the past but it was my first time in a new state. Tina was respectful of our privacy, but also effective at communicating what we needed to know to make the sale. I've had the pleasure of working with Tina on multiple real estate contracts (selling and buying) and she is awesome to work with. Real estate can be a very emotional and stressful process and Tina does a good job at balancing feelings and getting the deal done. The market may not always be in our favor (or better said... the numbers may not always be what you want or expect), and it's important to have an agent who can provide you with the "reality check" that is needed in order to have a successful transaction.
