Tina sold my parents home in 1 day!! My parents have lived in home for 46 years. Tina was excellent she was very flexible and catered to my parents, who are 79 and 80 years old!! She made the process so easy for a couple who only recently got cell phones and are not knowledgeable about anything on the computer! I highly highly recommend Tina if you are looking to sell your home❤️

Tina has been my go to realtor for several years.
She successfully orchestrated the sale of my house, and she recently helped me sell a lot that presented many challenges. Tina was informative, timely and considerate in her communications with me. She was always prompt with a text, email or phone call response to all of my inquiries. She reached out to me with updates, or even when there were no updates on the sale, just to let me know she was on top of things. She did not let me fall through the cracks! Her due diligence earned my trust which is why I brought my business to her a second time. She earned her 5 star rating!

I highly recommend Tina Smith as an excellent agent who will work hard for her customers. Tina both listed our old house and sold us our new home. Thanks to her excellent advice on presenting our home for sale, we had offers two days after it listed and we accepted one of them. Our new home was a new construction, which can.be nerve wracking, but Tina constantly stayed in touch with the builder for us, easing our anxieties and advocating for us. Tina rose Smith has been an agent who has been apart of my life since my first house purchase over 6 yrs ago!!!
