Tish Jenkins was born in Nashville, Tennessee and raised in the small town of Pleasant View, Tennessee. She comes from a background of banking, finance and Education. Tish and her husband, Scott, previously owned and operated a graphic design business specializing in commercial graphics. Tish brings her skills learned in finance, teaching and business operations to bear when working with her real estate clients.
Having earned a bachelor’s degree in special education from Austin Peay State University, Tish’s skills in education and business operations give her a unique insight in negotiation and getting the best for her clients. She attended Continual Learning Institute in Nashville, Tennessee, where she completed her required real estate coursework and, very soon after, obtained her Tennessee Real Estate License. She continues to stay current with yearly trainings in areas of ethics, regulations, marketing and negotiation strategies.
Tish entered the Real Estate world to help people accomplish their dream of home ownership and assist in fulfilling their real estate goals. She also enjoys the opportunities real estate has afforded her and her family while building lasting relationships with her clients.
From personally buying and selling multiple homes as well as managing her own rental property, Tish has earned real-life experience in real estate and is suited to serve all clients’ situations, including buyers, sellers and investors.
