TJ and his team went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home in our budget in a very housing slim market. My husband and I were moving from out of state and it was hard for us to attend viewings in person. TJ sent video tours of properties we were interested in and made sure to be our eyes and ears when going through homes. We eventually settled in Anderson Twshp in a lovely ranch sight unseen! We had no reservations closing without actually seeing the home in person based on our confidence and trust in TJ.

In a world where there are tons of realtor options… I would highly suggest you look up TJGG! Whether selling or buying (we did both!) TJ and his team will be there very step of the way…. Even if you aren’t there! On vacation and find your perfect house! NO worries! TJ and Amy are there to do everything for you! Questions? Always there to answer no matter the day of the week or topic. Tj sold our house and helped us find our forever home. For the most part I really do not think realtors "earn" that 6% commission, but TJ is the exception. You will not find a harder working person to advocate for you in this market. He got us well above what we thought capable of getting on the sale of our home. He answered every call, text, and email promptly and gave us piece of mind through every step of the way. You truly could not ask for a better agent or team than the one we had in our corner.

My husband and I have been working with TJ for a while now and after our first home purchase fell through (not his fault), he kept in touch with us giving us access to his resources to make sure when we tried again we would have no issues.
