Bottom line up front: TJ isn't a good agent just because he's good at the job, he's a good agent because he's a good person.

TJ was recommended to me by a friend, and earned my trust enough that I was able to purchase sight unseen while I was in the middle of a military move.

I later recommended TJ to a friend of mine, and for both of us he went out of his way. Not just working hard on the weekends when need be, but on a personal level as well. I would recommend him to anyone and be 100% confident TJ would take care of them.

TJ, is an amazing realtor, he helped my wife an I find an amazing house. He worked with us for more than a year, and listened to all our wild ideas of what we were looking for. Finding our dream home was no easy task. I will miss our Saturday AM house tours with TJ. Anyone who is fortunate to have TJ on the house hunt is in for a fantastic experience. Tj was such a savior to our family while finding a house. From day one, he was personable, respectful, and had our best interests in mind. We were buying from out of state with one weekend of speed walk throughs. He lined everything up, was respectful of time, offered honest input and never complained. He understood our crazy timeline of a military move and made it happen. We ended up finding our dream home and he took the initiative and got the ball rolling on our offer. He worked magic and got us in our house on the timeline we gave him. He respected our sanity (or insanity with all of our moving around, haha) and took full lead so we had time with family over the holidays. Even at closing he helped us with our kiddos so we could focus on the paperwork. He is a magician, and I cannot recommend Tj enough!! We are forever grateful!

TJ is AMAZING!! Me and my husband started working with him after needing to find a place to live on really short notice, even after also learning of all our challenges and everything.
He dealt with the landlord and agents and whoever else directly and was very informative and answered any question we had throughly. He was always kind and never judge mental or anything like that. He is definitely the man we will be going back to when it's time for us to buy our own home!!

TJ was awesome at helping find a rental townhouse that worked for me. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, especially dealing with challenging landlords. TJ also kept giving us advice even after we signed a lease and didn’t necessarily need him anymore. We really appreciated his effort and would 100% come back to him if we need to move again.
