Can this man sell a property or what!! A resounding ABSOLUTELY! I have known Toby for a long time, but first time seeing him in action as an agent. A perfectionist at work, from instructing us how to stage our space, dealing with the overwhelming paper work, solving all sorts of issues, keeping in constant communication with us, finding us a temporary place to stay AND talking us down off the ledge when needed!!! You cannot do better than having this man on your side and we look forward to working with Toby again as we look for our next home!

Toby assisted me with getting into an amazing Old City Condo unit. Both Toby and Matt made the experience seamless. They prepped the unit immaculately and gifted a bottle of bubbly and an orchid upon move in! We experienced some minor issues in the unit and both Toby and Matt jumped into action ASAP... and to my surprise Toby even showed up with maintenance to address the issues in person. His follow-up regarding the issues has been proactive communication. Space & Co is your goto management company if you wanna live in luxury and peace!

Toby is the best. I was nearly a first time home buyer but got the coldest feet of all time and decided to rent instead. Toby was on my side the entire team, even as I pulled out last minute (like very last minute) and immediately pivoted to helping me find a rental.

I was dreading selling my mom’s house, if for nothing else, finding a competent realtor who wouldn’t overly complicate an already complex set of procedures. As my luck would have it, enter one Toby DeLaRosa…a shining star if there ever was one. Working with Toby DeLaRosa was a great experience. He provided an accurate market analysis and marketing plan before listing. He did a superb job getting maximum exposure for the house. He held a brokers open house and several buyer open houses which were well attended. He did frequent email blasts to agents and targeted buyer ads. After the contract was signed he was on top of getting everything needed for closing. He attended the buyer's inspection to make sure it went smoothly. I have been through many real estate transactions and I can confidently say this was the most positive experience. I highly recommend working with Toby DeLaRosa.
