Before entering real estate, Toby built more than 20 years of business, sales, marketing, and client service experience in Tucson’s hospitality and tourism industry. Her career includes opening JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort as Director of Sales, a professional milestone she is especially proud of, as well as serving as Director of Sales & Marketing at Hacienda del Sol and Visit Tucson.
Those leadership roles shaped the way Toby serves her real estate clients today. She has a strong background in market research, negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and strategic marketing.
