Toby Stephens

Toby Stephens is a Real Estate Consultant with Stephen Cooley Real Estate. He specializes in corporate relocation, new home sales, and listing to sell in the Charlotte metropolitan area. Toby consults with organizations developing comprehensive strategic plans and related programs, as well as companies seeking location and investment decision assistance. Before relocating to the Charlotte area, Toby has worked in different capacities at various levels of responsibility as an economic developer across the southern United States. His experience includes community and organizational strategic planning, corporate site selection, public policy development, and fundraising. He earned an Executive Master of Public Administration from Southern Arkansas University and is a Certified Economic Developer recognized by the International Economic Development Council.
Toby lives in Fort Mill, South Carolina with his wife, Hannah Ely Stephens, and their children. They are members of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church where Toby is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
