Todd went above and beyond in every way. He was always available, on time, knowledgeable and patient. We dealt with an unbelievable amount of obstacles (no fault of Todd), and he always handled it efficiently, and professionally. He had to make up for the lack of knowledge and professionalism from the sellers agent countless times in our home buying process. I felt bad for what he had to deal with, but he always stayed level headed, even when the sellers agent was acting crazy. As a former Realtor, I can confidently say that he's one of the good ones, which can be hard to find. I cannot recommend him enough, whether buying or selling!

As a first-time homebuyer, Todd was exceptional is every aspect of the process. Any time I wanted to visit a house he was available within a few hours. He was also very knowledgeable about the houses and pointed out any flaws that he might have. The most helpful was him giving me his recommendation of if the house was or wasn't worth buying. I have absolutely no complaints at all and highly recommend him to any other buyers.

Being a first time home buyer in 2022 COULD have been a brutal experience. Todd really fought to get me a great showing. He will point out things both good and bad, definitely will tell you how it is and is very knowledgeable. Communication was top notch. Answering my calls day and night and checking on the property during the closing process timeline. Lucky I found him as a realtor, and would recommend to family and friends. I won't sell, but if I do I hope he is still in the game. Thanks Todd 🙏
