We discovered a diamond in the rough with Todd, yes I started the review with that. We lived outside of Sandpoint for 4 years when we decided to sell our house. I found Todd via ratings and decided to go with him after he answered the phone and we spoke for a few mins. We've dealt with 8 different realtors over the years buying, selling, and renting in several states that we have lived in (wife is former Navy). Needless to say Todd was by far the best realtor we have ever had. We worried a lot about the sell of our house and we know we were high maintenance (give the poor guy a break, he knows what he's doing), but Todd was always polite, patient, and kind. We believe Todd is genuinely those things, he isn't faking it. Todd was always quick to answer calls, emails, texts, and answer our many questions and concerns. We also felt like he priced our house well and handled the often difficult or rude realtors from potential buyers. We had multiple offers on our house a couple weeks after putting it on the market, based on good marketing, and honestly the booming housing market in ID. Todd was on top of everything, from dealing with the septic company, offering to help us walk our land to find boundary markers, helping us find a GREAT handy man (Travis) to fix several issues, and even prayed for us. In our opinion Todd is a great example of a quality realtor and we would strongly suggest him for anyone looking to buy or sell property/homes in the region.

Todd was very supportive when I first started to look at buying a home. After a few months I decided to wait another year. When I contacted Todd a second time he was right on top of every listing within my price range. Responded to all my texts, emails, and many questions.
